This project is NON-OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The scope of work for this contract requires the complete replacement the bridge deck inclusive of the bridge barrier. The bridge abutments will be modified to accommodate the new deck and bearings. All the existing bridge bearings will be replaced along with structural steel repairs. Temporary and permanent pavement markings will be installed to accommodate the new construction. The work will be performed over multiple stages.

Project needs include, but are not limited to the following scope: CPM Scheduling, Painting & Lead Abatement, Bridge Deck Protective Coatings, Asbestos Abatement, Pavement markings, Sawcutting, Concrete Supply, Rebar Supply & Installation, Trucking & Disposal, Rodent Control, Asphalt paving, Structural Steel Repairs, Shear Stud & Stay in Place form installation, Guiderail installation, Fence installation, Bearing Replacement, Maintenance & protection of Traffic Material Supply, Attenuator truck services.

The Minority Goals are
