Blue Pacific Engineering & Construction is seeking proposals from certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Women-Owned Small Business (WoSB) HUBZone Small Business (HubZone) and Service Disabled Veteran-owned Small Businesses (SDVoSB) for construction of Park Improvements including; clearing and grubbing, demolition, resilient surfacing, picnic area, play area, ADA access, installation of playground equipment and shad structures, retaining wall, marquee signs, striping/pavement marking, security gate and lighting.
