JMB Construction, Inc. is seeking certified DBE/MBE/WBE subcontractor participation for construction of EBMUD`s Happy Valley and Sunnyside Pumping Plants and Happy Valley Pipeline Ph 2 Improvements.
We are seeking quotes for the following work items: Structural Concrete, Landscaping, Misc Metals, Painting & Coating, Trucking, Traffic Control, Sawcutting, AC Paving, Roofing, HVAC, Electrical & Instrumentation, Fencing.

Work includes: Construct a 4.0-MGD pumping plant facility with 3 125 HP, vertical turbine pumps & associated pipeline, instrumentation, communication equipment & controls; portable pump connections; Grade & pave the site; Install landscaping & irrigation system & security fencing. Furnish & install approx 3,500 ft. of 16", 12", 8", and 6" ML&PCS pipe & 460 ft. of HDPE pipe.

Construct a 1.5-MGD pumping plant facility with 3 40 HP, vertical turbine pumps & associated pipeline, instrumentation, communication equipment & controls; Construct portable pump connections; Grade and pave the site; Install landscaping and irrigation system; Install security fencing.

Estimated cost of this work is $20M.
