Kingmen Construction is seeking certified DBE subcontractors and/or material suppliers for the following trades/supplies but not limited to: AC Paving, CMLC Pipe, Mechanical & Pipe Accessories, Painting/Coating, Rebar, Concrete, Pipe Disinfection, and Cathodic Protection.
