Project Description: Contractors/Suppliers will be responsible for the following items including, but not limited to: Testing, Engineering; Asphalt; Barrier Wall, Bollards; Bridge; Building, Clearing & Grubbing; CLSM; Concrete; Cubs & Gutters; Culvert; Demolition; Drainage; Electrical; Erosion Control; Fence; Grading; Grout; Guardrail; Handrail; Jack & Bore; Landscaping; Masonry; Mechanical; Milling; NonHaz Waste; Ornamental Iron; Pavement Markings; Protective Coatings; Rebar; Reflective Markers; Retaining Walls; Rip Rap; Seeding; Shoring; Signs - Removal; Spoils; SSP; Stone Base; Storm Drainage; Storm Sewer; Structural Concrete; Subballast; Survey; SWPPP; Traffic Control; Tree Removal; Underdrain; Layout and Trucking

Bond: Please include a separate cost on your proposal for the total value or rate for providing a Payment and Performance Bond.

Taxes: Project is NOT tax exempt. Please include all required taxes in your proposal.
