We are seeking quotes for trucking, temporary fencing, sanitation facilities, swppps for the Demolition at Jordan Downs Public Housing at Areas H2 (a), P and S7. Seeking MBE's, WBE's and LSA's.
The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles ("HACLA") invites contractors to submit firm
fixed-price sealed bids for the abatement and demolition of thirteen (13) two-story residential
townhome buildings, one paved surface parking lot and related improvements and vegetation at
redevelopment Areas H2(a), P1 and S7 at HACLA's Jordan Downs public housing community,
located in South Los Angeles, California. The Work will include asbestos and lead abatement
activities and will be completed in two (2) separate demolition phases.
