Requesting Bids for Vineyard Apartments in Livermore, CA.
Scope of Work: Demolition of existing structures on site and new construction of a new mixed use property including A) 24 units of publicly-funded affordable housing, B) a resource center with offices, meeting spaces, and amenities, and C) a food preparation kitchen.

We are seeking quotes for Demolition, Earthwork, Landscape, Concrete, Gypsum Cement Underlayment, Structural & Misc. Steel, Siding, Rough Carpentry, Insulation, Roofing, Waterproofing, Caulking, Sealants, Doors & Hardware, Cabinets & Countertops, Roll-Up Doors, Glazing/Windows, Lath & Plaster, Drywall & Metal Studs, Marlite, Ceramic Tile, Flooring, Painting, Acoustical, Signange, Plumbing, Fire Sprinklers, H.V.A.C., Electrical, and Joint Trench.

This project is subject to prevailing wages. State Commercial Rates or Federal Building/Commercial Rates, whichever is higher. All MBE/WBE/DVBE, Section 3, and Local workers are encouraged to bid. This project is subject to Measure A1 labor and compliance requirements. A copy of the Policies and Procedures Manual for Measure A1 Labor and Contract Compliance Project Compliance Program for Affordable Housing Rental Development projects can be found in the Labor Compliance folder within the Plan Room.
