Description of Project: The Work to be performed under this Task Order consists of the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 6,554 LF (1.2 miles) of defective sewer mains, 980 LF (0.2 miles) of defective sewer laterals, and fourteen (14) manholes located in the Parkway Branch Basin, Prince George's County, Maryland. "Davis-Bacon" Wage Rates Apply

Project Details: We are Seeking quotes for Replace Sanitary Sewer Pipe 8"at 0'-12' Depth, Replace Sewer House Connection 4" by Excavation; 0'-12' Depth, Furnish and Install Manhole over Existing Sewer, Type 1 or 2, 4' inside dia. with F&C, Reset/Set Manhole Frame and Cover, Manhole Grade Ring Adjustment, Chemical Grouting Sealing, Chimney Seal, 8" Diameter Sewer Pipe Bursting, Prince George's County Roads Restoration, 4" Concrete Sidewalk, 6" Concrete Driveway, Curb and Gutter Replacement, Seed Grassing, Sod Grassing, Pruning (Trimming), Tree Removal (greater than 4" DBH), Grind Stump and Surface Roots (greater than 6" at grade), Gravel- Trench Backfill, Borrow Material- Trench Backfill (Replacement of unsuitable material), GAB: Graded Aggregate Base, Flowable Fill, Miscellaneous Concrete, Rock Excavation, Temporary Tree Protection Fencing (4 feet in height), Additional cost for Traffic control for State and Arterial roads.
