Willow Gardens consists of 36 units in 9 buildings with 4 units each. The scope of work at these properties is seismic upgrade and replacement of most interior and exterior finishes. Greenridge Apartments consists of 34 units, a community building, and a managers unit. Scope of work at this property is the replacement of all windows, selected mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades, and accessibility upgrades at 4 units.

BBI Construction is seeking qualified HUD Sec. 3 Business & San Mateo MBE's & WBE's Subcontractors to participate in the bidding process
BBI is signatory to carpenters and laborers. Which requires that these scopes of work be performed by union carpenters and laborers. Davis Bacon, CA Prevailing Wage rate, Certified Payroll, and DIR registration are also required.
