RTA Construction, Inc. is seeking certified Minority and Women's Business Enterprises subcontractors and vendors to provide services and materials for the following project: Carr Fire Buenaventura Trail Ten Bridges Project

In accordance with the Municipal Code of the City of Redding, sealed bids will be received at
the office of the City Clerk, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, CA 96001, until 3 p.m., July 30,
2021. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 4 p.m. for the performing of the work as follows:
Install nine pedestrian bridges along the Buenaventura Trail that were burned during the
2018 Redding fires. We are soliciting MBE and WBE subcontractors and vendors to provide proposals and quotes for the work including grading and compaction as required, installation of
precast reinforced concrete bridge foundations, installation of steel beams and precast
concrete deck panels, installation of railings and all associated work in support of these tasks. The Engineer's Estimate is $526,000 There are 60 working days.

All interested DBE subcontractors are encouraged to provide RTA Construction, Inc. with proposals for this opportunity. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises subcontractors and vendors must provide current certification. All subcontractors must have a current contractor's license, current California DIR Registration, insurance coverage, and worker's compensation for the entire duration of the contract. All subcontractors will be required to enter a subcontractor agreement with RTA Construction, Inc.. Project plans and specifications can be viewed at RTAC's office location.
