Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposals from ALL TRADES.
The work includes a new classroom building on an existing school campus consisting of a two story, structural steel, metal stud, slab-on-grade building, and a new skybridge connecting the new building to an existing classroom building with related on-site and off-site improvements.
