Attention Certified DBE firms interested in providing qualifications for consideration to be part of a consultant team pursuing the following project: Telegraph Road Over San Gabriel River Bridge Replacement in City of Pico Rivera. NCM Engineering is looking for certified DBE firms with experience in City of Pico Rivera and Los Angeles County and recent relevant experience working on Caltrans HBP funded project over a waterway. DBE Scope of Services include tasks related to traffic studies, traffic engineering, surveying, public outreach, environmental, hazardous waste and geotechnical. Interested firms please provide a summary of firm and key staff qualifications to NCM for review by Friday, May 14, 2021.
