W. M. Lyles Co. is actively seeking bids from certified subs and suppliers for the City of Huron - Water Treatment Plant Project to include: Painting & Coating, Rebar, Fencing, Bolted Steel Tank, Piping & Valves, Surveying, SWPPP, Temp. Toilets, Materials Trucking, Precast, Agg Base & Sand.

We will receive pricing for a breakdown of items. For example, a painting scope could be broken out into above-grade piping, below-grade piping, building coating, equipment coating, CMU wall protective coating, chemical floor coating, etc. We can make efforts to establish delivery schedules, where requirement permits, to encourage your participation. We encourage you to contract with a consortium of DBEs when a contract is too large for your firm to handle individually.
