This project is NOT-OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The scope of work for this contract requires the construction of a new flood wall along the property perimeter of the Consolidated Revenue Facility in the borough of Queens. A Portion of the flood wall is composed of Steel Sheeting and another portion is Precast Concrete support by piles. Fencing is to be installed on the top portion of the flood wall. Other items of work include a new pump station installed in precast structures, new flood lighting at perimeter, site utilities, pavement restoration, and line striping.

Project needs include, but are not limited to the following scope: CPM Scheduling, Steel Sheet Piling, Steel H-Piles, Concrete Supply, Rebar Supply & Installation, Miscellaneous Metal Supply & Installation, Trucking & Disposal, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, Electrical, and, pavement restoration, Pavement Markings.

The Minority Goals are
DBE: 22.5%
