Is seeking qualified DBEs

The work in this project includes converting office space and restaurant kitchen space into restrooms in 4 locations and renovating 3 existing restrooms on Concourse B, C, and D of the terminal building. One of the office conversions includes enlarging two airport hold rooms and
building a new customer service kiosk.

Subcontractor and supplier opportunities are available but not limited to the following categories of work:

SUBCONTRACTORS: cast-in-place concrete, structural steel framing; metal fabrication; rough carpentry; waterproofing; roofing; metal doors & frames; gypsum board; coating/painting; signage; fire suppression; plumbing; HVAC; electrical; cathodic protection; custom cabinets; simulated stone and solid surface; traffic coating; flashing and sheet metal; fireproofing; firestopping; non-structural metal framing; ceramic tile; acoustical ceilings; plastic matrix terrazzo; tile carpeting; and wall covering.

Engineer's Estimate: $18,000,000.00

Participation Goals: DBE - 2%

James W. Fowler Co. will assist DBE subcontractors in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials. We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to DBE subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
