Ninyo & Moore, Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants is soliciting letters of interest and qualifications from who wish to provide support services to Ninyo & Moore under an as-needed contract to provide geotechnical consulting, materials testing, and inspection services to the County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Works, A-E Division, RFP No. BRC0000223 due by 4:00 p.m. May 13, 2021. Interested firms will be required to submit their letter of interest, current County of Los Angeles Community Business Enterprise (CBE) certification which includes business enterprises owned by disabled veterans (DVBE), disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE), minority (MBE) and women-owned business enterprises (WBE), and signed Jury Service form to Ninyo & Moore, Attention: Ms. Ruth Dolecki, Business Development Manager at 475 Goddard, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92618 / rdolecki@ninyoandmoore.com or fax (949) 753-7071 by 5:00 PM Friday, May 7, 2021 . As part of the Ninyo & Moore's commitment to conduct itself in good faith with regard to DVBE/DBE/WBE/MBE participation for this project, Ninyo & Moore will assist qualified subcontractors to secure any necessary bonding, lines of credit, and insurance coverage that may be required under this contract.
