The scope of work for this contract requires the Replacement of Two (2) Hydraulic Elevators (Elevator # 205 & 244) at the Grand Central Station, located in Manhattan, NY.
Project needs include, but are not limited to the following scope: Remove & Replace Elevators, CPM Scheduling, Painting & Lead Abatement, Concrete Supply, Rebar Supply & Installation, Positive Leak Mitigation Grouting, Window Replacement, Metal Ceilings, Tilework, Door Supply, Gypsum Board, Metal Wall Panels, Structural Steel Supply & Installation, Miscellaneous Metal Supply & Installation, Trucking & Disposal, Rodent Control, Hazardous Material Removal, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.
The Minority Goals are
