This project is OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The scope of work for this contract requires the Replacement of twelve (12) existing escalators at various locations. The locations include the following: 53rd Street/Lexington Avenue Station; Intervale Avenue Station; Roosevelt Island Station; Bowling Green Station; and High Street Station

Project needs include, but are not limited to the following scope: Remove & Replace Escalators, CPM Scheduling, Painting & Lead Abatement, Concrete Supply, Rebar Supply & Installation, Roofing, Window Replacement, Metal Ceilings, Tilework, Door Supply, Gypsum Board, Metal Wall Panels, Structural Steel Supply & Installation, Miscellaneous Metal Supply & Installation, Trucking & Disposal, Rodent Control, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, Electrical, and Pavement Markings.

The Minority Goals are
DBE: 22.5%
