This project is located along the Bronx River Parkway between East 233rd Street and Nereid Avenue.

This project consists of the Replacement of the Bronx River Parkway Bridge over the Metro-North Railroad (BIN 1075049) with a new steel plate multi-girder superstructure supported on new integral abutments installed behind the existing abutments. Modifications will be made to the existing abutments to repurpose them as retaining walls. The work will also includes the construction of new retaining walls, shoulders and approach roadway improvements including the replacement of the roadway lighting, drainage, sign structures and installation of a traffic camera and future use ITS conduits. This contract also includes the structural repairs and pavement widening on the Bronx River Parkway Arch Bridge over the Bronx River (BIN 1075059).

Plans, Specifications, Addendum, and Boiler Plate Templates of our Subcontract/Purchase Order ("Agreement") are available on SmartBidNet.com, your firm will be required to execute IF AWARDED the contract. You must base your bid upon the contractual terms and conditions as they are reflected in the Agreement, without amendment. The upstream contractual environment on the Project is demanding and we will not entertain revision to the contractual boilerplate, which should instead be reflected in your bid price.
