Is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, DVBEs, SBEs, SBRA, SBA, LSAF & HUB

Garney Pacific, Inc. is proposing on the Phase 2B - Arden Service Area Pipe and Meter Installation Project as a Prime GC . We are seeking sub-bids from qualified & certified DBE,WBE,MBE,SBE,SBRA,HUB,LSAF contractors/suppliers. SCOPE: Trucking, Aggregate Sply, Paving, Concrete Flat Work, Pipe & Fittings Material Sply, SWPPP Materials and prep, Third Party Compaction Testing, Survey, Traffic Control, Sawcutting, Sweeping Svc & Landscaping. Work to be performed under contract includes furnishing of all labor, materials and eqpmnt for the construction of 8,10, and 12" diameter water mains, fire hydrants, backflow preventers, appurtenances & tie-ins. Additionally, abandonment of existing svc's & mains, install of new metered services & re-connection of existing metered svcs to new water mains.

Subcontractors must meet insurance and labor requirements provided in the project specifications. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. For assistance with bonding, insurance, or lines of credit please contact our office. Firms must be registered with Department of Industrial Relation and should have a current DIR number. Firms must include small business certification, contractor's license number, and DIR number with quote.

Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents. Your quote should be sent to our office prior to the bid date/time. The project is a prevailing wage public job. The Firm's quote must consider all terms related to prevailing wages terms. Firms must possess and maintain a current contractor license, insurance, and worker compensation coverage during the project. Firms that submit their quote explicitly acknowledge and agree to all above terms and responsibilities.
