Project Scope: Improvements including but not limited to clearing and grubbing, excavation, pedestrian and bicycle facilities construction and paving, roadway widening, street lighting, modifications to traffic signal, grading, drainage, utilities and all other improvements shown on plans.

Work/ Supply Needed: Traffic control, storm water prevention plan, erosion control, micro-surfacing type II, hot mix asphalt, fencing, striping and signs, electrical

We will require that all participating companies carry Workers' Compensation & Liability Insurance and be bonded. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit. Plans and specs can be viewed at our office or emailed upon request. Pans and specs are also available on the Public Purchase website.
