SCOPE: Parking lot upgrades, site work & utilities, ADA upgrades, new hardscape, landscaping & irrigation, new marquee sign. New Multi-Purpose Bldg that includes 2 Robotic Classrooms. Modernization to (E) classroom bldgs., restrooms & admin offices, convert the (E) multi-purpose bldg. into a choral room. New modular science classrooms bldg. pad preparation (modular building-NIC).
Prevailing Wage Required / 5% Retention / See Sections 3.10 - 3.14 of GCs 00 7000 for Insurance Requirements / District RFI Deadline is TBD / MEP&FS Subs MUST be Prequalified to Bid - deadline to submit 2/9/21 - http://measurea-vusd-ca/schoolloop.com / Duration 5/14/21 - 7/29/22 / Liquidated Damages are $2,000 per Day / Warranty is 2 Years
Site Visit is 2/10 @ 2PM - Non-Mand. for Subs

It is now State of CA law to provide CSLB license #'s & DIR #'s on sub lists - make sure to have them on your bid scope!
Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project
