Lake House
Location: 437 S. Westlake Ave., Los Angeles, CA
The Lake House project consists of a new 5-story, Type III apartment building with 63 units of affordable supportive housing. Project amenities include a courtyard, two roof decks, community rooms and a service space for residents. Construction is expected to start in June 2021.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County and DVBE firms for participation in the Lake House project.

Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certification. This project is a California State (Commercial) and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies).

Bids must be received by Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 4:00pm for the following trades:
Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Siding, Masonry, HVAC, Cleanup, Insulation, Glazing, Sheet Metal, Roofing, Plaster, Drywall, Painting, Cabinets, Ceramic Tile, Carpet, Landscape, etc. Walton Construction, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to and encourages the participation of Local, Section 3, DVBE subcontractors/suppliers on the Lake House project.
