The contemplated work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, demolition and clearing; earthwork; support BNSF Railway (BNSF) construction crews with construction of a multispan railroad bridge, and fencing; geotechnical reinforcement and repaving of an access road; concrete and asphalt and crushed rock paving for park pathways; restoration of an estuarine tidal marsh, stream and riparian areas; construction of a restroom enclosure; replacement of a picnic shelter roof; installation of a pre-fabricated pedestrian bridge, construction of pedestrian bridge abutments and guardrails; boardwalk construction; installation of site furnishings, a new irrigation system, landscape top soils, erosion control fabrics, and planting; and improvements to utilities, including water service, storm drainage, and electrical, including lighting.

We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to DBE subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
