Halmar International, LLC has been awarded the above-mentioned project and is looking forward to working with MBE/WBE/SDVOBE contractors and suppliers.

The work for this project will include the replacement of one (1) LIRR railway bridge structure, rehabilitation and retrofit of two (2) additional LIRR railway bridges, and replacement of one (1) vehicular roadway bridge all over the Van Wyck Expressway.

Scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to: engineering services, clearing and grubbing, geotechnical investigative work, borings, shoring/SOE, micro-piles, demolition, asbestos and lead abatement, rebar, concrete repairs, precast deck slabs, structural steel, bearings, deck waterproofing, bridge drainage, site utilities and drainage, asphalt pavement, milling, fencing, guiderail, curb and sidewalk, line striping, signage, electrical ITS and lighting, retaining walls, trucking, landscaping, MPT, soil testing, pre-post survey, SIP Forms and Shear Studs, Structural Sealing and Anti-Graffiti Coatings, bird spikes, grinding/grooving, OH Signs, landscaping, bridge painting, lumber, road plate supply, geotextile/erosion control materials, railroad equipment, and other trades typically associated with this type of work.
