This project is an OCIP. Please review all insurance requirements and include any and all costs in your proposal.

Project Duration: 32 Months

This Contract requires the performance by the Contractor of all Work necessary for the Replacement of Eight (8) Traction Elevators for the lines at the four locations, listed below, in the Boroughs of Manhattan & Brooklyn:
• BMT Division: Broadway Line - Court St. Station (R) Elevator Nos. 308 and 309.
• IRT Division: Clark St. Line - Clark St. Station (2, 3) Elevator Nos. 310, 311, 212.
• IND Division: 63rd St Line - Lex Ave. /63 St Station (F) Elevator Nos. 402.
• IND Division: 63rd St Line - Roosevelt Island Station (F) Elevator Nos. 403 and 404.

The Work includes, but is not limited to, all necessary demolition and removal of the existing elevators, and all installation, testing and commissioning of the replacement elevators and their related equipment. The general details of construction and the locations of the Work are indicated more particularly on the Contract Drawings and in the Specification Sections.

Project needs include, but are not limited to CPM Scheduling, Painting & Lead Abatement, Concrete Supply, Rebar Supply & Installation, Structural Steel Supply & Installation, Miscellaneous Metal Supply & Installation, Trucking & Disposal, Rodent Control, Tile Work, Concrete Repairs, Chemical Grouting, Concrete Masonry Supply & Installation, Gypsum Work, Roofing, Furnish & install Terrazzo flooring, and furnish & install ceilings.

The Minority Goals are
DBE: 20%
