Is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, SBEs

J. F. Shea Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE, SMALL, MINORITY AND WOMEN'S firms for all items of work, including but not limited to:
1 Construct Vista Drive roadway, jointed plain concrete pavement, and hot mix asphalt base, complete
2 Install new 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe
3 Install new storm drain inlets
4 Trenching, sheeting, shoring, etc.
5 Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
6 Construct traffic signalization at Black Butte intersection, complete
7 Construct new concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, and driveways
8 Provide traffic control
9 Demolition of existing roadway (asphalt base), minor concrete (sidewalks, curb, storm drain inlets, and gutter),
and striping removal
10 Install pavement striping, markings
11 Install ground-mounted signs, complete
12 Install centerline monuments
13 Construct road lighting at South Weed Boulevard intersection, complete
14 Install temporary erosion control BMPs
15 Provide storm water sampling/monitoring, rain event action plan, progress schedules, lead compliance plan

J. F. Shea Construction Inc. is a union signatory contractor. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance coverage and worker's compensation for the entire length of the contract. All subcontractors will be required to sign our standard Subcontract Agreement. 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
