The work under this contract consists generally of demolition and removal of inboard and outboard portions of failing platforms, soil and debris removal from water of collapsed outboard platform, reconstruction of two steel pile-supported reinforced concrete inboard platforms with steel sheet pile bulkheads, and related work at Berths E-1 and E-2 and vicinities thereof at Port Jersey Port Authority Marine Terminal, Bayonne, New Jersey.

Plans, Specifications, Addendum, and Boiler Plate Templates of our Subcontract/Purchase Order ("Agreement") are available on SmartBidNet.com, your firm will be required to execute IF AWARDED the contract. You must base your bid upon the contractual terms and conditions as they are reflected in the Agreement, without amendment. The upstream contractual environment on the Project is demanding and we will not entertain revision to the contractual boilerplate, which should instead be reflected in your bid price.
