MP Environmental Services, Inc. Is seeking local qualified Section 3 business, Minority Business Enterprises, and Women Business Enterprises (M/WBE) for hazardous soil abatement and transportation subcontracting opportunities in Sacramento, CA.

Subcontracting trades include, but are not limited to: Earthwork & Paving, and Lead Removal.

MP Environmental Services, Inc. is actively soliciting quotes from qualified Section 3, M/WBE Firms, and other entities defined as socially and/or economically disadvantaged.

MP Environmental Services, Inc. requests that all quotes be faxed or emailed to us as soon as possible, but no later than 2:00 PM on November 3, 2020.

This contract is subject to Federal labor standards, California Labor Code including but not limited to Sections 1771, 1774, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813 and 1815, compliance monitoring and enforcement by SHRA and the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), affirmative action requirements, Section 3 Requirements of the HUD Act of 1968, the Davis-Bacon Act, and Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise standards.

This is a Public Works project. Per California State Labor Code Section 1771.1 (a), a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, as defined in this chapter, unless currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. Notwithstanding any other requirements (including federal labor requirements), this contract is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
