This project is the construction of park improvements within a the 83.6 acre uplands area of Swan Creek Park, and includes new and renovated trails and multi-use paths, two picnic shelters, a restroom, four-acre dog-park, interpretive and wayfinding signage, 70 standard parking stalls and 5 ADA parking stalls, road improvements associated with parking access, landscaping, site furnishings, new utilities and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Subcontracting and supplier opportunities are available but not limited to the following categories of work: demolition subcontractor; CIP concrete subcontractor; structural steel subcontractor; metal fabrication subcontractor; rough carpentry subcontractor; painting/staining subcontractor; pylon signage subcontractor; electrical subcontractor; site clearing subcontractor; curbs, gutters & sidewalk subcontractor; site furnishing subcontractor; landscaping subcontractor; and utilities subcontractor.

Engineer's Estimate: $3,300,000

Participation Goals: MWBE - 8%

We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
