Is seeking qualified DVBEs

We are seeking quotes from DVBE contractors for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, casework, flooring, wood framing, miscellaneous metals, underground, earthwork, asphalt paving and striping, concrete and other trades as required per the plans and specs for a project that includes construction of two (2) new single story classroom buildings, playground, and improvements to an existing parking lot.

Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Subcontractors must be pre-qualified with Fresno Unified School District prior to bidding on the project. For purposes of this prequalification, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing subcontractors are contractors holding either: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 California State Contractors license pursuant to Section 7058 of the Business and Professions Code Prequalification and must have submitted directly to the District no later than September 21, 2020.
Insurance coverages will be required for all subcontractors as per the coverage types and limits as listed in the specifications.
