Marina Landscape is seeking MBE, WBE, SBE, LBE and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Fox Creek Park Landscape Improvement project. We a looking for sub trade quotes for Tree Removal, Decorative Railings and repainting of existing railings, Fencing, Concrete, and Monument Signs as well as material suppliers for site furnishings, plant and irrigation materials, groundcover materials. There is a mandatory participation goal.

Items listed above may be broken into feasible items to allow subcontractors/vendor a viable bid item. Subcontractors must possess a current active contractor's license, DIR number, general liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance. Payment and performance bond may be required for the full contract amount. Marina Landscape is signatory with the operating engineers and laborers, and pipefitters unions.
