Is seeking qualified DVBEs

We are seeking bid's for all trades and suppliers with a DVBE certification. DVBE is a goal on this project, not a requirement, so the lowest responsive number will move forward in our proposal. The following trade's must be prequalified with this school district in order to submit a bid. C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 licenses must have current pre-qualified status with the owner. Bidders must submit the prequalification application to the Owner no later than 10 days prior to the bid date. Bidders may obtain the prequalification application from https://www.qualitybidders.com/. Please submit written proof of the pre-qual along with you DVBE ceritcation at time of bid submision. Any contract not on the pre-qual list at time of bid will be grounds for the prime contractor being disqualified.

All bidder will be held to the Architect issued plans and specifications. Plans and specification can be found on the Humboldt County and Shasta Builders Exchange's.
