D-Line is soliciting quotations from certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises ("DVBE's")
for the following types of work and supplies/materials including but not limited to:

Scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to the installation of a new domestic water line, sanitary sewer line, and storm drain line and connect to existing lines within the campus at Independence High School. Contractor shall install underground utility lines 5' outside the footprint of the future field concession building adjacent to the football complex. Trades include: AC Paving, Aggregate Supply, Water Truck, Trucking, Utility Supplies.

D-Line is willing to break out portions of the work to increase the expectation of meeting the DVBE participation goals.At our discretion, 100% Payment and Performance Bonds may be required as a subcontract condition. D-Line is willing to pay up to 1.5% of the bond premium. D-Line is signatory to the Laborers, Operators and Carpenters Unions. D-Line is an equal opportunity employer.
