Location: 111-121 S. Soto St., Los Angeles, CA 90033

The Los Lirios Apartments consists of a 4-Story Mixed-use development consisting of 64 low-income apartments and commercial spaces over subterranean parking located adjacent to the 1st and Soto light rail station.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County and MBE/WBE firms for participation in the Los Lirios Apartments project.

Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and MBE/WBE certification. This project is a California State and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies). For information regarding plans and specs, firms can contact Geneva Romero at gromero@waltonci.com.

Bids must be received by no later than Friday, August 21, 2020, for the following trades:
