Bridgeway Civil Constructors, Inc. (Bridgeway) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and requests Subcontractor Quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE/DVBE firms to perform commercially useful functions for the following items of work, including but not limited to:
Mobilization Cost, Control of Work, "Clearing and Grubbing (including demolition and removal of ac pvmt and concrete and stripping to subgrade of sidewalk)", Erosion Control / Water Pollution Control, Construction Staking, Tree and Stump removal and disposal, Excavation and Export, Class 2 Agg Base under sidewalk, 4" to 6" Concrete Curb, Pedestrian Access Ramps (incl. conc. Swale reconstruction), Colored Concrete Sidewalk, Retaining curb/Wall (avg 24" overall height), 12" Wide Percolation Trench, 3 ft Tall Hog Iron Fence, 6 ft Tall Hog Iron Fence, 80 ft long Pedestrian Bridge (delivered and installed incl. crane), Concrete Bridge Abutments, Anchor Bolts and Grout Pack, 4" HMA Patch 4" Concrete Deck

All items of work are made available including items of work normally performed by Bridgeway. Items included in quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as necessary to assist in identifying opportunities for DBE and DVBE Subcontractors.

Requirements: Bridgeway is signatory to the Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers and Operating Engineers unions. Subcontractors must be prepared to furnish payment and performance bonds for the full amount of subcontract price. Bonding assistance is available. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting Bridgeway's requirements and will be required to sign the standard Bridgeway Subcontract Agreement. Please call the main office for a copy of the insurance requirements and agreement. Please include your Contractors License Number, DIR Number and your DBE Firm ID Number on the quote.
