Scope of work (including but not limited to) Barrier Curb, Excavation, Presplitting, Rock Dowel, Asphalt, Riprap Stone, Trucking, Dumpsters, Shotcrete, Rock Drain, CPM, Field Office, Survey, Fence, MPT, Emergency Towing Service, Clearing Site, Concrete Washout System, Inlet, Precast Materials, Inlet, Cleaning Existing Pipe, Aggregates, Chain Link Fence, Concrete Vertical Curb, Concrete Barrier Curb, Furnish & Removal Guide Rail, Beam Guiderail, Traffic Stripes, Rumble Strip, Landscaping, Pre-Blast Groundwater Supply Testing, Borehole Seismograph, Polymerized Joint Adhesive,

Precast Concrete Steel and Concrete Pipe Certification of Compliance. For precast concrete and concrete pipe items, a Buy America Compliance Plan is required to confirm that the material meets the Buy America requirements as specified in 106.03.

We are encouraging NJ DBE Subcontractors and Vendors, who are registered with the directory of New Jersey Unified Certification Program Vendor database, online at https://njucp.dbesystem.com, to participate in this bid.

All proposals must include: Bid Item Numbers; Addenda's; Copy of NJ UCP DBE Certificate*; Copy of NJ Business Registration Certificate

*All NJ UCP DBE certificates must be current at bid time and remain current for the duration of the project.

Plans, Specifications, Addendum, and Boiler Plate Templates of our Subcontract/Purchase Order ("Agreement") are available on SmartBidNet.com, your firm will be required to execute IF AWARDED the contract. You must base your bid upon the contractual terms and conditions as they are reflected in the Agreement, without amendment. The upstream contractual environment on the Project is demanding and we will not entertain revision to the contractual boilerplate, which should instead be reflected in your bid price.
