CERTIFIED COATINGS COMPANY IS SEEKING QUOTES FROM ALL QUALIFIED SUBS AND/OR MATERIAL SUPPLIERS CERTIFIED SAN FRANCISCO SMALL & MICRO LBE : The LBE subcontracting participation requirement is 13% and ONLY SF small and micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet the requirement. We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers. We are willing to break out bid items based on LBEs scope of work and capabilities. - All Mechanical work per the plans and specifications. - Scaffolding Systems. - Removal of residual wastewater solids and disposal. - C-61 Limited Specialty - C-33 Painting - C-36 Plumbing -Trucking and hauling.

100% payment and performance bonds may be required We will pay bond premiums up to 1.5% higher amounts maybe negotiable. Subcontractors awarded on any project will be on standard form for subcontract. Please call for assistance in bonding, insurance, lines of credit, technical info, equipment and supplies or if any other assistance is needed.
