Avila Construction is bidding this project as a general contractor and seeks DVBE business participation from the subcontractor community.

THIS IS A DESIGN BUILD PROJECT - At this time, we are evaluating rates and fees.

Project Summary: The Scope of Work is the construction of 5-classroom, single-story building on an approximately 0.8-acre District-owned site located at 1081 Buckhorn Drive, in Salinas, Monterey County, California. The Project will include approximately 8,450 square feet of buildings, including 5
classrooms and associated site work

This is a PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT. All Bidders MUST be registered with the DIR and provide their DIR number at time of bid.

All subcontractors must comply with Avila Construction's insurance requirements, which will be included with the Invitation to Bid.

All bidders must be licensed for their respective scope(s) of work in the state of CA.
