BRCO Constructors Inc. is requesting bids from Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) subcontractors for the Transportation / Maintenance Modulars Project.
The project consists of demolishing and removing Building B from the Transportation / Maintenance Yard. The District shall remove Buildings C and D. The contractor shall complete site work and foundations at the Transportation / Maintenance Yard. The contractor shall disconnect utilities and relocate four existing portable buildings from Central Gaither Elementary School to the Transportation / Maintenance Yard. The contractor shall install all modular buildings per plans and connect to site utilities.
The project area is located at 1512 Stewart Road, Yuba City, CA 95993 & 8403 Bailey Road, Yuba City, CA 95993.
