Is seeking qualified DVBEs

This project consists of modernizing the existing buildings, upgrading finishes, to include flooring, casework and window coverings, fire alarm and security systems and technology in buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, G, & H to support 21st century learning and accessibility standards to include fencing and a new shade structure adjacent to the existing Multi use building.

This is phased project where six (6) classrooms can be worked on during normal business hours and certain tasks, such, as Fire Alarm and Data Systems will have to be conducted during non- school hours. This depends on the duration of the stat and Local COVID 19 Shelter in place order.

Any mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) subcontractors requiring C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, OR C-46 Licenses must have current prequalified status with the owner. Prequalification packages will be accepted if submitted at least ten (10) days prior to bid opening. Prequalification forms are available for pick-up at the Measure T Bond program office at 2565 Goodwin Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94061, or may be dowloaded from the District website at : https://www.rcsdk8.net/Page/7352.


DVBE 3% participation goal. DVBE Contractors are encouraged to participate.

Bids are due May 12, 2020 @ 2:00 pm.
