Project Details
The project is located on the East and West banks of the Napa River in a stretch located between Yountville Cross Road and Oakville Cross Road in Napa County.
The work will consist of demolition, grading, excavation and off haul of soil, construction of biotechnical stabilization structures, construction of habitat features, and deployment of erosion control measures.
A Class A license is required for this project.
The Engineer's estimate for construction of the base contract is $4,723,317 and estimate for the Additive Alternate 1 is $2,008,604.
MBE WBE requirements are listed on the Notice to Contractors.
The insurance requirements are listed in the specifications, the insurance will be required once awarded. The Bidders Bond is required with the sealed Proposals. The Performance and Labor and Material Bond is required with insurance.
