D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. welcomes quotes from all qualified subcontractors, services, material suppliers, and trucking firms for complete or portions of the work for all phases.

The purpose of this project is to perform repairs to Dam A and Dam B Abutment C at the Crescent Hydroelectric Project.

Each bidder shall take note of the following:

• Any subcontracts, agreement for services or purchase orders will be subject to the Owner's mandatory contract flow down requirements.
• Insurance Requirements: Please be sure to review the insurance requirements. Subcontractors will be required to fulfill these requirements.
• Equal Employment Opportunity: The Subcontractor shall undertake or continue existing programs of affirmative action to ensure that minority group members and women are afforded equal employment opportunities. Subcontractors will be required to meet the goals established for this project.

• In submitting a quote, the vendor assures that there is no conflict of interest or detrimental effect n accordance with Article 6 of the Proposal.
• In order to comply with New York State contracts Article 19, all subcontractors/vendors will be required to provide names of any former New York State employees in their employment.
