Scope of Work:
The project consists of renovating the existing Men's and Women's restroom/showers at the NVARNG CMSMS 2 Building and the addition of a new 1,047 S.F. breakroom that will be added on the northeast corner of the building. The building is constructed using CMU, concrete slab-on-grade, and a steel roof structure. Demolition of the existing interior of restrooms and the break area will be necessary to reconfigure these areas to add necessary plumbing fixtures and locker spaces.
