Wage rate shall be 2019-2020 Clark County Prevailing Wage Rates, per spec section 00 73 43.
The scope of work includes: a 2-story facility with 43 classrooms and 700 student capacity. The existing administration and attached classroom building is to remain and will be remodeled to include replacement of clock/intercom, system CCTV, intrusion alarm, fire alarm, and LAN; and new instructional wall, exterior and interior paint finish, and interior floor finishes.
All underground trades are required to include cost for CALICHE excavation and removal, hard to very hard, well cemented sand and gravel per the Geotechnical Report.
