Concrete Flatwork, PCC Pavement, Saw Cutting, Grooving Concrete Pavement, Concrete Repairs, Stone Masonry, Lead Abatement, Meter Cabinet, Lighting/Electrical, ITS, Reinforcing Steel, Structural Steel, Steel Repairs, Bearings, Sealing of Existing Bridge Joints, Armorless Bridge Joints, Bridge Painting, Downspouts, Cleaning of Scuppers & Downspouts, Surveying, CPM Scheduling, Field Office Trailer and Supplies, Overhead Sign Structures, Line Striping, Shear Studs

We are encouraging DBE Subcontractors and Vendors who are registered with the directory of New York State Certified DBEs found at the following internet address: https://nysucp.newnycontracts.com/ to participate in this project.

To be compliance with the contract requirements for NYS Civil Rights reporting, it is recommended that ALL DBE & NON-DBE Subcontractors and ALL DBE Vendors have an active EBO account prior to the bid date. Subcontractors/Vendors can access an EBO application, as well as Login & Password information using the following link: https://www.dot.ny.gov/dotapp/ebo/instructions

All proposals must include: Bid Item Numbers; Addenda's, Copy of EBO Registration, and Copy of NYSDOT DBE Certificate* (All NYSDOT DBE certificates must be current at bid time and remain current for the duration of the project)


Plans, Specifications, Addendum, and Boiler Plate Templates of our Subcontract/Purchase Order ("Agreement") are available on SmartBidNet.com, your firm will be required to execute IF AWARDED the contract. You must base your bid upon the contractual terms and conditions as they are reflected in the Agreement, without amendment. The upstream contractual environment on the Project is demanding and we will not entertain revision to the contractual boilerplate, which should instead be reflected in your bid price.
