THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE DVBE REQUIREMENTS OF EDUCATION CODE SECTION 17076.11.

The project consists of the modernization of the administration, kitchen and cafeteria will include construction of offices, reception, and nurse's station, replacement of ceilings, relocation of fire alarm panel, relocation of HVAC duct work, new registers and lighting, remodel of kitchen and restrooms, remodel of the stage, as well as addition of storage and kindergarten restrooms. In addition, there will be new plumbing lines, a new roof, and new HVAC units. The end results of this project is to be a clean, updated facility that has been properly coordinated with all trades.

This Project is subject to prequalification. Contractors who are not currently prequalified by the Owner, must submit completed prequalification application packets to the District Office no later than March 6, 2020, at 5:00 p.m.

A proposal submitted by a contractor that is not prequalified by Owner will not be accepted and will not be considered by Owner. Any subcontractors the subcontractor designation form for Work requiring C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 licenses must have current pre-qualified status with the Owner. Prequalification applications are available on Owner's website.
