Downing Construction Inc. dba Downing Underground Inc. is seeking quotes from subs and suppliers that are certified and qualified DBEs (DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/SBRA/LSAF/HUB) to provide, but not limited to the following:
Pipe, Valves & Fittings, Bollards, Dryland Grass, Cropland & Gravel Surface Restoration, Fencing removal & replacement, Sand and Gravel, Electrical, Trucking, Direction Drilling

This project for the construction of Rural Water Distribution System consists of approximately 35 miles of water main ranging in size from 2-inch to 4-inch and approximately 15 miles of service lines and appurtenances. The project includes approximately 12,200 feet of trench less installation along with surface restoration.

The Contract Documents may be examined, but not obtained, at the KLJ office located at 1301 12th Avenue South, Suite 200, Great
Falls, MT and at the KLJ office located at 2611 Gabel Road, Billings, MT 59102.

You may also contact our office for assistance with plans, specs, bonds and insurance. Please submit your quote, certification, DBE Forms 4500-s & 4500 -4 in order to be considered for this bid. All DBEs will need to submit a copy of their Certification with their quote. This project is funded in part or in whole with grant/loan funding from Treasure State Endowment
Program, United States Army Corps of Engineers, and the Montana State Revolving Fund and subs must comply with the Davis Bacon Act, the DBE participation/Good Faith Efforts & other SRF requirements per the project specifications. Documents are due 03/2/2020 @ 3:00 PM PST.
