Erection of a new prefabricated metal building facility, demolition of existing wooden barn structure, salvaging of wooden materials for reuse, a new vehicle wash rack, yard amenities (parking lot, paved yard, reconfigured storage bins), coordination with Owner's staff for continuous facility operation during construction and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to D/M/W/ESB subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
