Wing; new Pre-K & K play yards & structures; new outdoor classrm; interim housing & assoc. temp. utilities; & sitework. Int. modernization includes new lobby windows & roof; new Pre-K & TK restrooms & renov. of K restrooms; food svc. & kitchen upgrades; classrm & admin. upgrades; casework & flooring at MP bldg.; flooring at S. Wing corridors; susp. ceiling syst.; electrical syst. including light fixtures & controls, new fire alarm syst.; low voltage syst. including new clock / bell / PA, security, video surveillance & Air phone; elevator access syst.; new MDF; HVAC syst., boiler pumps & controls; & commissioning.

In order for bids to be considered, they must be received at our office by mail, phone or fax one (1) hour prior to bid closing time. PREVAILING WAGE RATES, INSURANCE FORM CG2010 11/85 (EQUIVALENT IS CG2010 0704 & CG203 COMBINED) & WEEKLY CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS ARE REQUIRED. 100% PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BONDS MAY BE REQUIRED.
